ETERNITY JEWELLERY — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Eternity Jewellery, we want you to love your piece. If the bracelet or jewelry is not according to your preference, we offer a simple and convenient exchange process.

Exchange Period
You have 14 days (two weeks) after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Product Condition
To be eligible for exchange:

• The jewelry should be unworn or worn only once.
• The bracelet/piece should be in perfect condition with no scratches or damage.
• The original packaging and box should be intact and undamaged.
• All tags and labels should still be attached.

No Money-Back Policy
Eternity Jewellery does not offer a money-back guarantee. If the piece does not match your preference, you can exchange it for another design from our collection.

How the Exchange Works

• Contact our team through WhatsApp or email.
• Our team will assist you in choosing the perfect piece from our collection according to your style and preferences.
• Once the new design is selected, we will arrange the exchange.

Doorstep Exchange Service
You do not have to visit any courier office. A rider from the courier service will come to your doorstep, collect the previous piece, and deliver your new exchanged jewelry.

No Additional Charges
You do not have to pay any extra charges for the exchange or replacement process.
